Standing Seam Metal Roofing- The profile, seam spacing, and finish match the spec. The flashing detail is made to fit the actual roofline. It is not adapted from a stock part. This avoids a visible seam on a project where it should not show.

Copper Roofing and Custom Sheet Metal Fabrication – We fabricate copper roofing, flashing, gutters, and accents in-house. We match the patina, gauge, and profile shown in the drawings. We do not substitute lookalike materials. We use the specified copper, even if it takes longer to source.

Natural and Synthetic Slate Roofing – Natural slate and synthetic slate systems, including DaVinci. Install to the specified pattern and color blend.  The underlayment and flashing details keep a slate roof working well at high altitude, not just looking good the first winter.

Complex, Multi-Plane Roof Geometry – Multiple pitches, dormers, valleys, and chimney clusters that punish an imprecise crew. We flash and waterproof this roofline the right way. It sheds water and snow as it should. We do not choose the fastest method just to close it in.

Snow Retention and Ice Dam Systems Designed Into the Roofline – Snow retention sized to the roof’s real geometry and local ground snow load,  positioned during design so it reads as part of the roofline instead of a visible retrofit. Ice dam prevention starts with attic sealing, insulation, and underlayment. It does not start with a heat cable strip added after a leak.

WUI and Wildfire Code Compliant Assemblies – Colorado’s Wildfire Resiliency Code requires full compliance for some projects. It applies when 25 percent or more of a roof is replaced. It also applies to new construction in yellow and orange zones. This includes areas in Eagle County and Pitkin County. When required, we install Class A systems in the original design. We do not add them later through a change order after a plan reviewer flags it.

Design-Phase Consultation and Constructability Review – We‘ll review roof geometry and material selections while the design is still in motion, so a constructability issue gets caught at the table, not after the drawings are stamped.

Sample, Mockup, and Submittal Package Support – We provide physical samples, mockups, shop drawings, and manufacturer data sheets. They are prepared for your files, client meetings, or review board submittals. We work on your timeline.
