In the past few years Umbrella Roofing as well as other roofing contractors has seen a tremendous rise in the popularity of synthetic (ok, call it plastic if you must, but that just sounds cheap) shingles, shakes, and slates. In our extreme mountain conditions we have had great success with the DaVinci products due to the integrity they maintain in extreme cold as well as resistance to fading from UV rays.
